=====================================
1. College is still working premises since 1998 handed over to the secondary in addition to the administration building residence used by local teachers (which already exists, the situation 20 years ago and was only restored amendments to the local administration building to serve as residence for teachers).
2. There (7) small rooms were supposed to be restored roofs used to repair library, but stopped and the situation continues to deteriorate because of the ceilings.
3. Electrical system can only work on (the incomplete), which hampered much of the total needed to power the morning.
4. The number of teachers who receive salaries (since July 2001 only) 13 teachers and there is a need for the College for a number closer to 40 teachers to achieve self-sufficiency for the next few years (the number of people currently in school diploma courses in ten people of different disciplines and the number will rise significantly in Baklarios).
5. The number of employees and workers who receive salaries in college (4) only, while there is a need for about 20 staff working for the stability of work (by teachers much of the required administrative and laboratory as well as teaching for the conduct of their work).
6. Not to open the course Baklarios + lack of nutrition for students are essential factors for the reluctance of many students to attend college.
Second: study (a project for developing and updating the Faculty of Education / young)
A total cost of the work of the offices of engineering designs integrated with the overall development of engineering drawings and schedules of quantities and cost estimates (the study worked in April 1999) The study contains the following:
1. Internal housing for students (the role and the role of an additional rate is high) estimate 36119043 YR.
2. Great Hall (additional) estimate 4180797 YR.
3. Biology laboratory (Kcefov additional study) estimate 5959449 YR.

Note that every part of this study is an integrated itself with the graphic so that the taking of any part implemented without requiring the implementation of other parts, according to need and potential
(There are study baptism integrated with the college is located in 128 pages).

IV: Proposals student nutrition
Housing for students currently a capacity of no more than 250 students in normal circumstances (note that in practice a number of students in the department of 80-90% of college students view of the complexity of the region) and that number possible to change during the year (senior year at the beginning (October + November) and in view of the decreasing number of leaks and withdrawal and diminishing number after exams I (February + March) according to the results of examinations) and there is usually an average of 150 students to 200 students are present year-round housing in the procedure.
In the event of a feeding support from any quarter, the Dean suggests that the nutrition is concerned in any way following (or any way it deems appropriate on the side) and agree on the details of any proposal with Dean:
The first:
Be appointed contractor (Observer, Musharraf) by the concerned party, where the students handed over feeding (weekly or monthly) are usually dry feedstock material (such as flour, rice, tuna, beans, peas, oil, Alrotti, bread, water Health for drinking, eggs, ... etc.) and identify the concerned that they may deem appropriate quantity.

In conclusion:
Dean hopes the College, teachers, staff, workers and students that the points the previous four have given an idea of the overall situation and everyone is ready to cooperate in the interests of the college and development.
